After years of seeking teams capable of cooking enough ribs for y'all, in 2026 we're mixing it up. The rib portion of the fest is now BBQ. 
We have a couple rib cookers, someone doing pulled pork as well as flip-flop chicken plus the fan-favorite- 
SPAM FINGERS! (don't knock 'em till ya try 'em)
